It was another successful weekend for RED MILLS Riders with excellent results around the globe.

Shane Breen and Team Z7’s Laith scored a commanding win in Friday’s CSI2* Grand Prix at Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Breen and Laith posted a time of 39.31 seconds, almost two seconds ahead of their nearest rivals.

The luck of the Irish continued in Abu Dhabi where on Saturday night the Irish Team finished in runner up spot in the Abu Dhabi Longines FEI Nations Cup. The team consisted of Mark McAuley with Jasco VD Bisschop and RED MILLS Riders Shane Breen with Ipswich Van De Wolfsakker, Trevor Breen with Escapade H and David Simpson with Jenson 55.

Meanwhile on the Sunshine Tour, Jake Saywell and Havinia finished in runner up spot in the CSI3* Grand Prix. This comes after a string of impressive results for Saywell including Touch of Chilli winning the big tour 1.40, Lukas 10th in the 1.35 and Darco Native was clear and 10th also.

Harriet Nuttall and Carla X also posted a clear and 2nd in the 1 35m speed class in Vejer de la Frontera, Spain.

 

Holly Smith and Fruselli also had an impressive second place in the 1.40m class
