Dominic joined RED MILLS 2 years ago. Since then he has been an active member of the technical team, tailoring diet plans and providing nutritional advice to customers in Ireland, Central Europe and the Gulf Region.

Dominic has been involved in developing our business in the Middle East, working with large racing, endurance and show horse farms on both a commercial and technical level. He has also managed research and development projects for RED MILLS, which most recently involved a detailed study of the cause of digestive tract malfunction in racing camels at a leading farm in the UAE.

Before joining RED MILLS, Dominic previously worked in the racing industry in Ireland and Australia, in both National Hunt and flat racing yards. He also spent several years in the sport horse industry, breaking, riding and selling horses and ponies for the European market.
