Tina Cook

Kristina, also known as Tina, was born into horses. She is the daughter of champion jockey and Grand National winning trainer, Josh Gifford, and Althea Rofer-Smith, a successful international showjumper.

Tina’s first taste of international competition was at the Junior European Championships in Rome where the team won gold. She has enjoyed a very successful eventing career since she started riding full-time at 16, winning 18 medals to date from international competitions around the world. At the 2008 Beijing Olympics, she claimed both the individual and team bronze medals, and was European Champion in 2009. At the London 2012 Olympics, Tina and Miners Frolic were on the Silver medal winning team GB.
