Today the Irish Pony Club have announced that Connolly’s RED MILLS will once again be sponsoring the Irish Pony Club Connolly’s RED MILLS Eventing Championships. This year sees the addition of two exciting new classes, U12 individual and Intro-Intermediate.
Intro-Intermediate is for intermediate riders who feel unsure or unready to progress from Junior to Intermediate level. This class will enable the member to become comfortable riding the 90cm Show jumping and Cross-country tracks, but while still completing the intermediate level Dressage Test.
The U12 individual competition will enable members from smaller branches and who may not have the numbers to compete as a team to compete as individuals at the championships.
The first Connolly’s RED MILLS Eventing Championships qualifier takes place this Sunday 27th June in Rosanna, hosted by Wicklow Hunt Branch Pony Club.
