A brilliant performance from Michael Blake’s Irish Show Jumping team of Anthony Condon,  Jack Ryan, and RED MILLS Riders, brothers Shane and Trevor Breen, saw them finish best of 17 teams to win Sunday’s three-star FEI Nations Cup at Vilamoura in Portugal.

Capt Brian Cournane guided the 10-year-old gelding Vittorio 12 to a runner-up finish in Sunday’s $137,000  Grand Prix CSI3* at Palm Beach Equestrian Centre in Florida. They were one of just two combinations to jump clear in the first round with victory in the jump-off going to Nayel Nassar (EGY) and Igor Van De Wittemoere.

Conor Swail filled first and second place after a brilliant performance in the $40,000 1m50 Speed Classic at Las Vegas CSI4* National Horse Show on Thursday. Swail guided the 9-year-old gelding Theo to victory with a clear in 64.80 seconds and finished as runner-up with Vital Chance de la Roque when clear in 65.36.
