The ITBA Expo ‘18 will take place at Goffs on 26th & 27th January in partnership with Connolly’s RED MILLS.

This FREE Event is the Only Equine Event of its kind in Ireland, bringing together over 90 exhibitors to present and sell their products and services to thoroughbred enthusiasts, showcasing the latest advances in technology, machinery, veterinary science and equine nutrition.

With over 3,500 people expected to attend over the two days, the ITBA Expo ’18 will feature a range of educational and commercial presentations and workshops, with Day 1 focusing on careers and education and Day 2 on technology and innovation.

The focus during the day on Friday is education and will feature the InterVarsity Thoroughbred Quiz.

On the Friday evening, there will be two panel presentations in the main Goffs auditorium, the first will be the Next Generation panel and they will be followed by the main panel to discuss, What If, A Vision for 2028, this panel will be about identifying the solutions and stimulating action towards sustaining and growing the Irish Thoroughbred Industry.

Saturday will feature the Dragon’s Den Competition; Sean Gallagher will be the feature judge. The competition will recognise the entrepreneurialism, innovation, diversity and talent of equine businesses across the thoroughbred sector. The competition will test industry leaders of all ages through the acknowledgement of innovative business processes, product development, enterprise, sustainability, marketing, targets, route to market channels, scalability and overall business success.
